We were engaged to develop the complete brand platform for Flourish, South Maclean, creating a distinctive identity that would support the launch and ongoing growth of the community. The scope included logo design, visual identity development, brand guidelines and the creation of a suite of complementary sub-brands to support future stages and marketing initiatives.
The brand was implemented across a wide range of touchpoints, including project brochures, sales collateral, social media campaigns, signage, wayfinding and sales centre graphics. By delivering both the strategic foundations and practical application of the brand, the project established a consistent and engaging customer experience across every stage of the development's marketing journey.
